Description Kulkul I learned ,is the name for "woodblock" type instrument ,in Bali Indonesia.This one is made of wood ,I found it in Java, I believe the kulkul is very old:the wood has few cracks and other signs of age , the hand carved frame looks as if it's newer.It is a smaller of the "temple Block" used in temples in Indonesia (could reach 15' long or more...) Has a pretty nice sound and looks beautiful, most likely anyique.aprox 41"x20"x9.5"
